WHO WE ARE
Sjögren Europe is a European federation of national associations representing Sjögren's patients. Its purpose is to get more visibility, attention and solutions for Sjögren's by promoting the advancement of knowledge, research, information, treatment and care, by fostering patient involvement and participation in the scientific research, medical, health and political institutions, pharmaceutical industry and social areas, and by increasing awareness about Sjögren's at all levels.

VENUE
The conference will be held at THE GOLDEN AGE HOTEL located in Michalakopoulou 57, GR 11528 Athens, Greece
CONFERENCE HALL
The conference will be solely held in one main conference room "Sapfo". No parallell sessions will be held.
REGISTRATION FEE
Pre-registration is mandatory for all delegates. Non-members require to register with a fee. For more info click the title above.
ON SITE ATTENDANCE
All attendees will participate on site, no live streaming will be available. Delegates will have access to the scientific conference proceedings, conference’s materials, access to coffee and lunch breaks according the final program, participate to dinner and gala dinner as well as at the city sightseeing tour.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is english. No interpretation will be available.

Is the easiest way to reach The Golden Age of Athens from El. Venizelos Athens International Airport (€ 10.00 ticket per person). The Megaro Mousikis station is only two minutes’ walk from the Hotel.

From the airport arrivals hall to Illisia bus stop which is just a 2-minute walk from the Golden Age of Athens. (€ 6.00 ticket per person)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Full and Associate Members of the Sjogren Europe Association.
However, non members are able to participate under certain requirements. See more here.
WHICH IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
All delegates -Sjogren Europes members and non members – who wish to attend the conference are welcome. Registration is mandatory, though. For more info please click here
IS ANY REGISTRATION FEE
Country representatives do not need to pay registration fee for the conference attendance.
However, an extra cost of 290 euros is required for the accompanying person that may join the conference with the country member representative. See more info here.
For any other member and Non member of Sjogren Europe there is a registration fee of 25 euros.
Also, there are some costs that apply to certain delegate categories and include meals and sightseeing events (they are not mandatory prerequisites for registration). You may see more about the extras here.
AVAILABLE ATTENDANCE FORMAT
The conference is currently scheduled to take place on site.
No live streaming will be available.
However, the conference proceedings will be available for on demand watch a few days after the conference.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY BOOKING RESERVATION?
For your booking reservations you may sent direct all your inquiries at the Conference Organising Bureau Alpha Public Relations (Att. Mrs Niki Mita)
Please mind that the Conference Organising Bureau is responsible only for bookings that apply to the primary member representative per association as well as for the conference’s speakers.
Any other booking obligation to other delegates is not applicable.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A POTENTIAL CHANGE TO MY TICKETS?
Due to the fact that members will issue flight or train tickets on their own, potential changes must be done by individuals.
