- A short biography in English (appr. 100 words max)
- A recent photo (300 x 300 pixels in jpg format)

PRESENTATION ABSTRACT
You are kindly requested to provide the following to the ACSP2023 Secretariat by May, 15 2023
Note:
The abstract is essential for the moderator to prepare the session as well as for the preparation of the e-book of ACSP 2023 conference’s proceedings.
AT A GLANCE
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before session starts.
- Have your presentation in a USB stick.
- Provide the presentation to the technical personnel (not to the admissions secretariat) for a last check.
- In case the presentation includes media (photos, videos, sounds, etc) speakers must ensure that all required media are included in a single file within the USB stick.
- It is not recommended speakers bring their personal laptops / MacBooks to present direct form their devices.
- Keep time, respect schedule.

MODERATOR'S ROLE
- Moderators must introduce the topic of the session and the speakers.
- Must ensure that session will start and end on time!
- They’re responsible to inform speakers when they are nearing the end of their presentation time (1 minute before presentation ends).
- Manage the discussion, make comments on the content of the presentation, highlighting issues, asking questions to further clarify the content of the presentation etc.
AT A GLANCE
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before session starts.
- Make an introduction of the session as well as summarise the main conclusions at the end of the session.
- Maintain the session lively and interactive, to help focus the discussion and to summarise conclusions.
- Add personal comments or questions.
- Keep time, respect schedule.
All speakers are kindly requested to finish their presentation within the given time limit to allow time for all speakers to present as well as for discussion/questions.
